3. This machine is used for the surface coating of LVT,SPC,WPC and other flat plates.Coating paint on the floor surface can play the role of anti - fouling, anti - ultraviolet, wear - resistant, anti - skid.surface of the paint by this machine is smooth, fine and no color difference.

It is widely applied to the instant drying of general surface coating and other UV curable coatings.Equipped with electronic power supply, more energy saving, environmental protection.The energy intensity of the lamp tube can be controlled, and it is used to make SPC floor with super wear resistance and low matte finish.The side panels, the import and export shielding panels are equipped with anti ultraviolet radiation barriers to effectively isolate the leakage of ultraviolet radiation.
5. As the leveling and defoaming effect of the coating to make the surface of the sheet is more even.The principle of infrared heating is used to accelerate the volatilization of paint thinner and the reaction of paint, and shorten the waiting time of paint drying.Multi stage temperature control can be used for multi zone temperature setting for drying process.
6. Adopt 3MM imported anti-skid conveyor belt with long service life.Equipped with independent takasaki motor and schneider inverter control, working speed adjustable.
